Shipping policy
Every piece is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed — we don't keep pre-made stock on shelves. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the creation process, as each piece is carefully sculpted, fired, and hand-painted from scratch.
Processing Time
- Once your piece is complete, orders are packaged and processed for shipping within 1-3 business days.
- During peak demand periods, creation and processing times may be slightly longer as each order is prepared with care.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7-15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are estimates that may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the journey.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your tracking hasn't updated or your package seems delayed, reach out to us. Orders confirmed lost in transit will be eligible for a replacement or refund after carrier verification.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has entered the creation process.
