Refund policy

Each order is individually crafted by hand and carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop. Because of this, we take quality seriously and will always make things right if something isn’t as it should be.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect
  • The item is lost in transit

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the 30-Day Warranty must be purchased with your order. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.


Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Minor variations in color or appearance (each piece is unique)
  • Natural imperfections that are part of the handmade process
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refund Resolution

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
